With over 40 years in the industry, Fowler Homes is recognised as one of New South Wales’ leading home builders, having won dozens of prestigious awards over the years for architectural design and safety.
The company offers a range to home designs covering single and double storey construction, duplex and dual living homes as well as designs to suit narrow block and acreage, and TM Linings has been a major contributor to many if its developments, according to Fowler Homes Construction Manager, Steve Licastro.
“We engage TM Linings for most of our jobs – they have completed our three display homes at Marsden Park and recently completed our two display homes at Box Hill. We’ve also used TM Linings for our company’s new head office, which was a major fit-out,” he said.
Steve said that there were many reasons why Fowler Homes engaged TM Linings, namely, it was difficult to go past the company’s commitment, completion standards and dedication to every build.
“TM Linings is renowned for the great service and quality it provides on every job, no matter what the size. Director Michael and Service Manager, Joe, are always keeping us updated on the builds and nothing is ever an issue,” he said.
With the Directors’ and Senior Managers’ decades of combined industry experience, Michael and the team have worked on and managed hundreds projects, placing them in an excellent position to provide valuable advice to building company partners, as Steve explains.
“One of our display homes in Box Hill required a curved ceiling over the entry void to blend in with the style of this French Provincial home. I spoke with Michael about this feature and then met Joe on site – without any fuss they made it happen and now this ceiling will be a major showcase of this display home,” Steve said.
Another of TM Linings’ service that has been well received by Fowler Homes is its industry-leading waste minimisation and recycling program. This initiative not only reduces environmental impact by returning excess product to the plaster supplier for recycling, but also makes for a cleaner building site.
“While the house is being sheeted, all offcuts are neatly stacked into a square area and once sheeting is finished, this waste material is removed from site the next day. This allows our building sites to remain tidy and free of excess plasterboard taking up space in our general waste cages,” Steve said.
